The understated details are carried through into the sportsbook and mezzanine level that features a library with the latest books in architecture, design, fashion and a DJ station overlooking the lounge.

Designed on two levels and finished with quartered dark oak floors. The restaurant features an open kitchen with a 6-foot circular grill, a butcher shop, a 21-foot dry-aged meat locker on display to all guests, cigar room and jazz lounge.

Sliding glass doors open to the restaurants intimate bar and dining space, where guests are greeted by walls made of stone, oak and glass evoking a wine cellar experience. Natural materials enriched by a calacatta marble bar and stone hearth oven set the stage for a culinary experience.

The use of bevelled mirrors, tin ceiling, chandeliers, ironwork and decorative brass brought this vision to life. To complete this London style pub, a carrera marble bar countertop was fitted, distressed wood panels adorn the walls, vintage photographs and signage were used throughout.

This project houses executive office space for a private entertainment and media company. The space’s organization designates placement for executive offices, conference rooms, meeting spaces, auditorium and employee lounge. Custom millwork and calacatta marble accentuates the offices, conference rooms and board rooms, offsetting the brown leather furnishings.

The overall composition is subtly inflected by a curved polycarbonate wall. An array of colors, shapes and forms were used to create discrete, visual and sensorial workspaces. These work areas offer varying degrees of privacy in response to different programmatic needs for the IT company.

Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota
This private residence sited near the top of a ten-acre sloped clearing framed by forest, features spectacular views to the landscape while the more private rooms look to the insular woods. Geometric shapes define and maintain an open expansive flow of space. Materials such as travertine floors pull one space to the next continue the concept.

The program called for a complete remodel to make the home lighter and more fluid. Interior partitions were demolished to create an efficient floor plan. A window wall now follows the path of an original hallway, drawing natural light into the home. The sense of airiness is enhanced by white plaster, marble floors and local quarried stone.

A floating stairway connects the ground floor to the second floor, which overlooks the living room below. The interplay of light and shadow across the double height space fills the residence with an airy, yet intimate atmosphere. The palette of the project is minimal and understated, with an emphasis between the interior and the nature surrounding the residence.

The concept for the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe derives from four major factors. The history of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Secondly, the symbolism of Our Lady of Guadalupe plays a large role in the shape and form of the Shrine. Thirdly, classical Christian symbolism. Lastly, the atmosphere within the church should be designed as a place of worship and communal gathering. The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe flows like a cape— creating a place of peace, security and one that embraces community.

The proposed all-steel structural element consists of a programmable lighting system that is able to vary its hue at night. The parapet is entirely of tempered security glass, and lighting set within the wooden deck will illuminate the path, adding to the stage-set effect created by its surroundings.
Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo, Mexico
The housing development project Lindavista, comprises of 1,300 mixed income homes. The houses vary from studios to 3-bedrooms and will range from 53 to 103 square meters. Each adheres to a minimalist vocabulary and understated use of natural materials. The interplay of light and shadow, double height spaces, curtain walls and private garden patio fills each residence with an airy, yet intimate atmosphere.
